Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Batch Operator to join our team at Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Batching: Operate all batching equipment in accordance with Corporate POG, Plant DPS, and GMP programs to ensure compliance and quality.
  • CIP/Cleaning Specialist: Perform sanitation and CIP/COP cleaning to plant equipment following Plant DPS procedures, including chemical safety and documentation.
  • Other Responsibilities: Communicate with supervisors, maintain a clean and organized work area, observe safety rules, and participate in preventative maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Skills: Teamwork, mechanical aptitude, communication, following directions, attention to detail, and ability to teach/train.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Work Environment: Regularly work near moving mechanical parts, exposed to high noise levels, chemicals, heat, fumes, airborne particles, and slippery floors.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Language: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
