Lead Bartender Job Description

In this key role, you will be responsible for creating and training on drink recipes, managing batch cocktail production, and overseeing bartender side work. You will also be responsible for ensuring the bar is consistently stocked and prepared.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement drink recipes and menus
  • Manage inventory and ordering of spirits, mixers, and other bar supplies
  • Train and mentor bartenders on drink preparation and service techniques
  • Oversee bar operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
