Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Medical/Surgical 6ST-Pool Days unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care based on individual needs and treatment plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Develop and implement nursing diagnoses and establish care objectives.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education to patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN).
- One to two years of experience in acute care hospital setting.
- Registered Nurse licensure and BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA or Red Cross.
- Job/department-related certification/license as outlined in the specific job description.
