Nurse Resident-Med/Surg 6ST-FT Days

Broward Health Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Resident-Med/Surg 6ST-FT Days to join our team. As a Registered Nurse Resident, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
**Job Summary:**
The Registered Nurse Resident will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing patient care based on the treatment plan, nursing standards, and individual patient needs.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provides direct and indirect patient care
* Establishes an individualized plan of care for each patient
* Collaborates with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Participates in patient education and discharge planning
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN)
* Newly licensed RN may apply but may need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area
* BLS through AHA or Red Cross
