We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a premier long-term care facility.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents with a variety of chronic conditions and complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform other clinical tasks.
  • Educate residents and their families about their care and condition.
  • Create a positive and supportive environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • 1-2 years of experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Recent graduates will be considered with documented experience in geriatric care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and resident-centered care.
