About the JobWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, implementing nursing plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Patient Care: Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote healing and wellness.
- Nursing Leadership: Delegate tasks, supervise staff, and provide guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of care.
- Communication: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with patients and families, and document patient information accurately.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Licensure: Active RN license in Indiana. CPR certification required.
- Experience: None required; willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
