Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Neonatology Physician to join our team at Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a clinical leadership role in a state-of-the-art NICU setting.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatology and excellent leadership skills. As a Neonatal Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising other healthcare providers, and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care to critically ill newborns in a level III NICU setting
  • Supervise neonatal nurse practitioners and other healthcare providers
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Active IN license
  • Board certification or eligibility in neonatology
  • BLS and NRP certifications
  • Experience in a NICU setting, preferably as a leader or supervisor

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance coverage.
