Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Asset Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use and maintenance of our assets, including capital equipment and inventory.
  • Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day operational leadership to our maintenance team, including supervision, training, and development.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including plant managers, engineers, and other departments.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in facilities management and asset management.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project. Experience with automated control systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and process control systems (PCS) is highly desirable.
  • Certifications: LEAN Manufacturing Principles certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, supervisory, and leadership skills. Demonstrated experience managing a budget and large-scale inventory. Project management experience, including capital project development and cost estimation, is highly desirable.
What We Offer
