Lead Soccer League Referee

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Soccer League Referee to join our team at TOCA USA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our soccer leagues, providing exceptional customer service to players and teams, and upholding the high standards of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Soccer League Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of our soccer leagues, ensuring that all games are run efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to players, teams, and spectators, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Referee Development: Collaborate with our referee development program to identify and develop talented young referees, ensuring that our league has a strong and skilled refereeing pool.
- Equipment and Facilities: Ensure that all equipment and facilities meet the highest standards, making necessary arrangements for maintenance, repair, and upgrade as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in soccer refereeing or related field.
- Certifications: USSF licensing certifications preferred.
- Education: High school diploma required; degree in sports management or related field an asset.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for soccer.
