PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Branch Banker to join our team. As a Mobile Branch Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, selling bank products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive sales conversations and customer engagement.
- Sell bank products and services to existing and prospective clients, identifying and acting upon sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales goals.
- Grow customer household relationships through onboarding new clients and building a strong pipeline of appointments for branch and PNC partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for customers through deep needs-based conversations and personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with PNC partners to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, driving customer acquisition and growth.
- 3+ years of experience in retail banking or a related field.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and PNC partners.
- Knowledge of PNC products and services, with a focus on identifying and selling relevant solutions to customers.
