Responsibilities:- Provide competent and compassionate patient care, adhering to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Standards of Professional Practice.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assume a leadership role in the clinical unit, providing guidance and support to Nurse Clinician I and II staff members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Two years of clinical RN experience.
- Current BLS certification.
