The Security Officer is a full-time position that ensures the protection and safety of all visitors and staff at any Primerica property or event.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Monitor and maintain a secure environment by patrolling designated areas, responding to alarms, and investigating incidents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and staff in a professional and polite manner.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and verify identification badges to ensure access control.
  • Document and report incidents, accidents, and security breaches in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with the Security Director to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on security best practices and industry standards.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • May be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk or run for long periods of time.
