We are a learn-to-swim facility for kids ages 4 months to 12 years, dedicated to teaching children to be safer in and around the water. Our proven confidence-building curriculum promotes a love of swimming and provides a solid foundation for a lifetime of aquatic enjoyment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Swim Instructor. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching children water safety and technique in accordance with our proprietary curriculum. You will also provide positive reinforcement to swimmers and ensure their safety at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Teach children water safety and technique in accordance with our proprietary curriculum
  • Provide positive reinforcement to swimmers
  • Ensure the safety of swimmers at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our mission
Requirements
  • Ability to work with children
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High energy and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass background examinations prior to training
Safety Standards

The safety of our swimmers, parents, and team members is of the utmost importance. We follow all CDC and WHO safety standards, as well as local guidelines. Our pools are disinfected with chlorine, and we have a state-of-the-art ventilation system to minimize the spread of airborne viruses.
