Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define priorities and drive the integration strategy.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage integration projects from start to finish, ensuring key milestones are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Track and report on progress, adapting plans as necessary to ensure success.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Collaborate with departments including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless integration across all areas.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the acquiring and acquired entities to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Financial/Accounting Management:
  • Oversee the integration of financial systems and reporting processes.
  • Manage customer and vendor change communications, implementing new policies and procedures.
  • Post-Integration Review:
  • Conduct evaluations post-integration to assess overall success and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
  • Capture and document lessons learned for future acquisitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, M&A integration, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex integration projects successfully.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is a plus.

Compensation:

The company offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, along with an attractive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, unlimited vacation, mental health support, life and AD&D insurance, FSA, HSA, and more.
