Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care in post-acute facilities as an LPN
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to discuss care options and monitor outcomes
- Develop care plans in conjunction with medical staff and residents
- Set up and oversee medical equipment
- Collect samples for laboratory analysis
- Administer treatments and medications to residents
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Work closely with residents and their families regarding optimal care options
- Supervise and mentor nursing and support staff as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories and interventions
- Assist with incident investigations

Qualifications:
- Valid Florida state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 4 months experience in post-acute or inpatient hospital care
- Strong organizational skills
