Sentara Community Care Center is actively looking for a dedicated School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Hampton area.

We are pleased to offer a generous $8,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for qualified candidates.

This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

As a School-Based LPN, your responsibilities will include assessing students' health needs and coordinating appointments with a Nurse Practitioner when necessary. During school holidays and summer breaks, you will have the opportunity to work within one of our local healthcare practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid LPN license
  • Completion of a Nursing Diploma
  • Preferred candidates will have extensive LPN experience
  • Experience in school settings or correctional facilities is highly desirable
