Ascension Providence is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg Urology team as part of our Nurse Residency Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate nurse to develop clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with patient care, including observation and documentation of patient healthcare needs.
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, and communicate changes in patient conditions as necessary.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire.
