Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily functions of a 220-unit residential property.
- Oversee rent collection processes, including issuing notices and attending court if required.
- Handle financial management of the property, ensuring accurate income accounting and timely bank deposits.
- Conduct budget management and complete monthly financial reports.
- Ensure prompt processing of purchase orders and invoices.
- Facilitate leasing processes and applicant evaluations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy rates.
- Enhance resident relations and retention initiatives.
- Foster a welcoming and positive community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient completion of work orders and upkeep of property standards.
- Maintain budgetary control and manage purchase orders.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential liabilities.
- Guide and mentor the Assistant Property Manager.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:

- Availability to respond to emergencies as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a property manager or 2 years as an assistant property manager.

- Thorough knowledge of property management regulations.
- Proficiency in YARDI Systems and MS Office, along with relevant software.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on financial outcomes.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management capabilities.
