Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Direct Care: Provide high-quality medical care to employees at our site, adhering to medical directives, health management policies, and state and federal regulations.
  • Provide Compassionate Care: Offer empathetic and professional care to employees, prioritizing their health and well-being.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care provided, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with departmental staff, management, and local healthcare providers.
  • Participate in Health and Safety Initiatives: Participate in health and safety teaching, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate departmental medical records, notify the Occupational Health Manager of any pertinent physical or emotional changes, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, Associate Degree of Nursing or Diploma Nursing Degree required.
  • Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN.
  • Certifications: Current LPN license in the state of employment, certification in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections, and current CPR/First Aid/AED card required.
