Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring quality professional services.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure accurate completion of patient charts and forwarding charts as appropriate.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels and maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees.
- Masters Degree in Nursing
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
- Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
