Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and identify equipment needs
  • Develop and implement treatment programs to improve patient function and independence
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Supervise and train therapy assistants as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
Requirements
  • Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Current and valid therapy license in the state of employment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
