About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a nurse-founded company, we prioritize our nursing professionals' work-life balance and offer a flexible scheduling system that allows you to control your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering nursing care in post-acute care facilities, such as Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
  • Working with residents and medical staff to develop personalized care plans
  • Ensuring residents receive the right treatments and medications
  • Explaining care options with residents and their family members
  • Consulting with other healthcare professionals, including doctors
  • Setting up medical equipment and monitoring its use
  • Overseeing compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Documenting and verifying the accuracy of interventions and medical histories
  • Performing fluid sample draws for lab work
  • Leading the training and supervision of nursing staff
  • Assisting with incident investigations and verifying the accuracy of reporting
Requirements
  • Current New Hampshire state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • At least 4 months' experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
