Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales team with timely insights into commercial performance metrics.
  • Lead volume forecasting initiatives for Volvo CE North America.
  • Establish and nurture essential relationships across global operations.
  • Analyze sales patterns, investigate underlying factors, and compile forecasting data.
  • Collaborate with Sales, S&OP, and Operations teams to ensure precise forecasting.
  • Coordinate demand input from sales representatives and key clients.
  • Examine market trends and integrate findings into forecasting models.
  • Leverage SAP for continuous 18-month forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial or Sales Analysis.
  • Background in the construction or heavy equipment sector.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and technical skills.
