We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Bright Future ABA Solutions LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct intervention services to clients
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress
  • Assist with the generalization of skills to the natural environment
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Current RBT certification (required)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
