Job Description

At Square One Behavioral Services Inc., we are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality Behavior Analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.

The RBT will work closely with a supervising behavior analyst to deliver applied behavior analysis services, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and collaborating with caregivers and other team members to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in restructuring environments and activities to support clients' behaviors
  • Teach skills that enable individuals to communicate and function more effectively
  • Review behavior plans and other relevant materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
  • Implement behavioral procedures for skill acquisition and reduction of problematic behaviors
  • Collect and display data as authorized by clients' behavior plans
  • Communicate effectively with behavior analysts and the clinical director

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and at least 18 years of age
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Bachelor's degree or near completion preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • 2+ years of experience in applied settings with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities
  • Clear level-two background check
  • RBT certification
