Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect into non-Yardi accounts to bring new orgs into the net new sales cycle with short term retainment.
  • Apply your interpersonal expertise to drive meaningful connections and partnerships with executive-level stakeholders in multifamily.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' business needs and pain points, aligning Yardi's solutions to provide effective solutions.
  • Deliver compelling onsite and virtual presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of Yardi's industry-leading SaaS solutions in collaboration with Yardi sales engineers.

What You'll Do:

As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our Voyager 8 Multifamily products. This includes:

  • Prospecting into non-Yardi accounts to bring new orgs into the net new sales cycle with short term retainment.
  • Applying your interpersonal expertise to drive meaningful connections and partnerships with executive-level stakeholders in multifamily.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of clients' business needs and pain points, aligning Yardi's solutions to provide effective solutions.
  • Delivering compelling onsite and virtual presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of Yardi's industry-leading SaaS solutions in collaboration with Yardi sales engineers.

Who You Are:

  • You have a minimum of three years (3+) of prior sales experience in the software or tech industry.
  • You have a thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead-generation, discovery and qualification, pricing, packaging, and positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • You have a strong ability to effectively manage and grow Mid-Market accounts, demonstrating exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Helpful to Have:

  • You have Yardi domain and/or property technology experience.
  • You have industry expertise in property management (multifamily, commercial or other real estate verticals).
  • You have educational background or experience with accounting principles.
