Clinical Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente in Hillsboro, Oregon. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to address their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness, participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 9 months of RN experience
- 2-5 years of critical care experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
- Additional certifications may be required
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
