Job Summary

MW Industries is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work safely in a team environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Meet daily production needs by manufacturing high-quality parts, adhering to specifications and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret specification sheets and mechanical drawings to ensure accurate production.
  • Learn to read precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Set up and troubleshoot equipment to optimize production efficiency.
  • Assist other shifts or areas as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • Must score Silver level or higher on the Work Keys test.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds at a rate of 225 pieces per hour.
  • Ability to stand and walk on a concrete plant floor for extended periods of time (up to 12-hour shifts).
