Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Chargemaster and associated reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide knowledge and support for Pharmacy Information systems and Automated Dispensing Systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze required reports for compliance and regulatory requirements, and communicate data reviews and requests with Leadership as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Education: Two years college with AA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Experience: Hospital experience desirable.
  • Pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Preferred Skills and Abilities: Word processing, spreadsheet development, Microsoft, Crystal Reports; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of medical terminology and medication use.
  • Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
  • Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms.
