Job Summary:

Morristown Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Vascular Sonographer to perform high-quality vascular studies in a dynamic diagnostic imaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic vascular scans in accordance with established department protocols and IAC vascular standards.
  • Complete clerical tasks associated with vascular exams, including accurate and timely recording of testing information.
  • Utilize knowledge of DICOM workflow, including work list, imaging, exporting, and preliminary reporting.
  • Conduct various vascular tests, including venous and arterial duplex, PVR/ABI, carotid, temporal artery, AAA duplex, renal duplex, and SMA duplex.
  • Experience with Epic and Change Health software is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Credentialed with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification required.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in the field, with clinical externships not counting towards years of experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a patient focus.
