Responsibilities

  • Determine causes of delays and take corrective actions to meet production schedules.
  • Apply company employee relations and union contract policies when interacting with employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college experience recommended but not necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • The ability to speak multiple languages is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation

We offer an estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
