Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to lead our distribution center team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse equipment and facilities. This is a salaried exempt position with a competitive estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and optimize performance
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machinery systems, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components
- Conduct system operational checks and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality results and ensure workplace safety
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
- Monitor work conditions to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, box logic, and other automation technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
