Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist II to join our team at Lifespan Health System. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide care and safety to children and adolescents in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs.
- Collaborate with clinical nurse managers, program directors, and unit charge RNs to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling).
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a behavioral health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
