**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Production Specialist to join our team at Specialized Recruiting Group - ExpressPros. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating construction documents in AutoCAD and REVIT, ensuring compliance with design policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain design/analysis parameters in collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring quality control and adherence to company standards.
  • Plan and coordinate the preparation of calculations, drawings, and coordination with other disciplines, including code research and site surveys.
  • Utilize self-motivation and resourcefulness to work independently and manage large and small commercial projects from schematic design through construction administration.
  • Collaborate with engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural production.
  • Experience in coordination with engineering disciplines.
  • Experience with building systems and methods of building construction.

Software Requirements:

  • Autodesk - REVIT (3 to 5 years' experience).
  • Autodesk-AutoCAD 2018 or later (3 to 5 years' experience).
  • Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3D Visualization skills.
