Job Summary

As a Material Analyst Assistant at VSSI LLC Staffing Services, you will play a crucial role in creating and tracking manufacturer orders based on material planner/analyst requests. You will work closely with the warehouse team to prioritize and complete escalated customer backorders, ensuring timely delivery of products. Additionally, you will review and resolve invoice discrepancies before payment is scheduled.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage manufacturer orders and transfer tickets for each manufacturing operation needed to produce products.
  • Collaborate with Production Control to determine the proper sequencing and priority of manufacturing operations.
  • Review and validate invoices from vendors before presenting them to the Finance department.
  • Work with the Buying team to resolve discrepancies on PO/SO/Invoices.
  • Maintain a positive and organized work environment, promoting open feedback and two-way communication at all levels.
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean at all times.
  • Foster a healthy and safe work environment, prioritizing the well-being of all associates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing operations, SIOP, sourcing, and material management.
