We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Pediatric Physician to play a pivotal role in establishing a premier primary care institute in South Florida. In this role, you will provide care within a supportive private practice environment, collaborate with a dynamic team, and engage in community health initiatives to disseminate health innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team of pediatricians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and care coordinators to create a comprehensive primary care practice.
- Deliver care in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with on-site laboratory and imaging services, and offer telemedicine and home care options.
- Establish a network of trusted subspecialists to enhance pediatric care.
- Collaborate with emergency medicine professionals to ensure 24/7 response to urgent pediatric needs.
- Foster strong relationships with families to ensure comprehensive care.
- Dedicate time to continuous learning, research, and improvement of clinical practices.
- Work alongside care coordinators, pharmacists, and technology to enhance patient care.
- Utilize in-office lifestyle services, including health coaching, nutrition, and exercise physiology, to support patients and their families.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Pediatrics.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for training and collaboration.
