Island Ambassador

• Create a relaxed destination for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Set the course for success by staying up-to-date on current product knowledge and sharing that expertise with our guests.
• Build the perfect oasis by emphasizing brand direction and informing guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events.
• Onboard your crew by actively participating in all store-related meetings and working towards exceeding sales and service performance goals.

• 2+ years of guest and sales experience.
• A get-things-done mindset.
• A natural collaborator with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• A High School diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required - frequently.
• Climbing ladders - occasionally.
• Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Pay Range: $17.00 (or local minimum wage)-$22.00 hourly
