Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Testing and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at United Software Group, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining SAP Testing/QA Testing Plans, managing detailed test plans for all test cycles, and demonstrating continuous effort to improve operations and provide quality testing services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain SAP Testing/QA Testing Plans
* Manage detailed test plans for all test cycles such as System Integration testing, Load and Performance testing, Dry Run testing, and User Acceptance testing
* Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality testing services to our customers
* Apply customer expectations, industry standards, software development, and engineering knowledge to assist teams within the program to define, document, maintain, and improve processes
* Develop logic for extracting useful information from large datasets to enhance decision-making and operational efficiencies
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other business processes

Requirements:

* Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with significant emphasis on ERP systems, especially SAP
* Demonstrated success in SAP ERP implementations, particularly with SAP S4/Hana
* Strong background in Various Test cycles such as integration testing
* Advanced skills in data analytics and Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and advanced charting
* Strong interpersonal skills to influence/motivate people who are not direct reports
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities, with experience managing complex projects and teams
* Release management experience and awareness of scaled agile methodology and ceremonies
* Familiarity with Scaled agile project tracking tools (Rally, ALM)
