The successful candidate will leverage their technical acumen to install, integrate, and maintain advanced audiovisual systems across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the installation and configuration of an extensive array of video conferencing and integrated AV equipment, including but not limited to Cisco, Zoom, Polycom, and other leading brands.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in video conferencing solutions and IT network architectures.
  • Engage in the comprehensive installation process, from cable soldering to the integration of sophisticated presentation systems.
  • Work independently or collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals.
  • Fulfill all cabling installation requirements, including soldering, crimping, and terminations.
  • Possess knowledge of video wall technologies and control systems.
  • Understand rack assembly and wiring techniques.
  • Conduct code uploads, configurations, and on-site diagnostics.
  • Adhere to cable schedules and comprehend cabling diagrams and risk assessments.
  • Provide user training and support for AV and VC systems, including conducting audits and preparing reports.
  • Possibly manage teams and schedules to ensure project success.
  • Implement health and safety training and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and proven installation experience with AV and VC solutions, including Cisco, AMX, and Crestron.
