About the Role

As a Funeral Operations Manager with Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a CFCS location. This leadership position requires a strong coaching mindset to develop and motivate sales teams towards success.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Additionally, they should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer software and technology.

This is a meaningful leadership position that allows individuals to serve families and the community while growing in their role and industry.

About the Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary, along with bonus opportunities and benefits package. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.

About the Job Description

  2. You will lead the sales team, motivating them to broaden community impact by educating on our pre-need ministry.
