Job Overview & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing copy, scanning, and printing tasks, as well as overseeing USPS and FedEx mail services.
  • Ensure the upkeep of conference rooms and kitchen areas, along with providing reception coverage and maintaining supply inventory.
  • The role requires physical activity, including standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs; assistance is available for heavier loads.

Skills & Qualifications:
