Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite and Remote Support: Deliver in-person and telephonic assistance for desktop systems, software applications, and connectivity issues to employees at various locations.
- IT Operations Management: Manage a centralized help desk system to log all IT support inquiries, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and address IT challenges, escalating complex issues to specialized IT personnel when necessary.
- User Account Management: Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts, including unlocking and resetting credentials as required.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides in accordance with company policies.
- Security Compliance: Respond to security notifications and maintain compliance with IT security protocols and training requirements.
- Training and Support: Engage in regular meetings with staff and provide necessary training on IT systems and software.
Qualifications:

- Experience with helpdesk management software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Physical capability to lift and transport IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Education and Experience:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in IT support, preferably in similar environments.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and user guide development.
