Soliant is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team. This role focuses on providing essential speech therapy services within educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students with speech and language impairments.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing individual communication needs.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students facing communication challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster student development.
  • Track and document student progress towards established goals.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
  • Engage in IEP meetings, providing valuable insights regarding speech and language requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or anticipated graduation within the current academic year).
  • Completion of clinical fellowship (CFY) or eligibility for CFY.
  • Possession of valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting or relevant practicum experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
