About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Tulane University Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing scheduled group exercise classes in a safe and effective manner.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes that cater to diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff. Your duties will include attending required training sessions and meetings, maintaining a clean and organized workout space, handling sound and exercise equipment with care, and reporting any problems or malfunctions.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a Group Exercise Certification from an Accredited Organization (AFAA, ACE, Powder Blue, Zumba, etc.). Additionally, you must have a current American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED and Blood Borne Pathogen Professional Rescuer Certification, or the ability to obtain within 2 months of employment.
