Mental Health Support Professional

As a Mental Health Support Professional at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience providing direct care services to individuals with mental health conditions. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. You must also be female, 21 years or older, and meet the agency's requirements for clearance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising staff during shifts and providing clinical supervision, coaching, and administrative support.
- Assisting with daily living activities, monitoring, and providing support to individuals residing in a 24/7 residential trauma-responsive substance abuse treatment facility.
- Preparing and maintaining records of individuals' progress and services delivered, reporting changes in condition to manager or supervisor.
- Facilitating life skills groups, including education on personal hygiene, nutrition, money management, and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
