Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Anderson Automotive Group team as a Parts Counter Associate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless communication with our sales and technical teams.

About the Role
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle parts needs
  • Greet customers, employees, and visitors with a smile and assist them with any queries
  • Operate a phone, computer, and other general office equipment

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment. Proficiency in using Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC) and Reynolds software is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking parts
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding part availability and pricing
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of parts
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and regulations

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field (automotive industry preferred)
