Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. As a Counsel, Compliance, you will work closely with various teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop strategies to maintain a strong compliance culture within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs, policies, and procedures to minimize risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential compliance issues.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
RequirementsEducation and Experience

We seek an individual with a Juris Doctor degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in compliance or a related field. Your expertise in sound judgment, legal issues, and scheduling will be essential in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay for this position is estimated at $90,000 per year, plus eligibility for a commission under an applicable plan. Additionally, Comcast offers a comprehensive benefits package, including best-in-class health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
