RBT compensation ranges from $21 to $28 per hour.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and apply constructive feedback from your direct supervisor.
  • Collaborate effectively with staff and professionals as part of a team.
  • Engage with teachers in team teaching, planning, and daily activities.
  • Provide small group instruction to designated children.
  • Understand, support, and assist in implementing and communicating the curriculum to children and their families.
  • Help prepare and organize daily classroom materials.
  • Participate in orientation and professional development sessions.
  • Implement individual and group activities to foster growth as outlined in the IEP.
  • Teach children daily living skills as appropriate.
  • Provide support to students outside of the Special Education classroom as assigned.
  • Assist with personal care for students (e.g., diaper changing, toileting, feeding) as needed.
  • Lift and transfer up to 40 lbs.
  • Utilize technology to enhance student learning outcomes.
