Position Summary:

This job description pertains to the role of Team Member at BLG. Team Members are responsible for executing various operational tasks that ensure the smooth flow of processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Adhering to company policies and procedures
    2. Working in accordance with established work instructions
    3. Executing tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, order picking, and conducting quality checks
    4. Performing routine maintenance on equipment
    5. Collaborating with team members and maintaining a tidy work environment
    6. Operating vehicles for the transportation of orders and materials
    7. Keeping accurate records and documentation
    8. Participating in physical inventory counts and responding to management inquiries
    9. Carrying out additional related duties as assigned
    10. Willingness to work overtime as needed

Supervisory Role:

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

  • Qualifications:

Successful candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Skills in warehouse operations, safety protocols, and basic vehicle maintenance are essential. The ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team is crucial.

  • Physical Requirements:

The role involves standing, walking, and lifting objects. Candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks efficiently and safely.

  • Work Environment:

Employees may encounter moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels. Safety measures are implemented to ensure a secure working environment.
