Summit Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team in Cottonwood, Arizona. As a travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise to provide high-quality patient care.
Job Responsibilities- Perform ultrasound procedures, including obstetric and gynecologic exams, to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care, including communicating test results and recommendations.
- Develop and implement patient education plans to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
- ARDMS certification required.
- RVT certification required for night shift.
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification required.
- 2 years of experience in ultrasound technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
